Magdalena believes that the most rewarding aspect of being a lawyer is to bring a positive change to her clients’ lives. She is focused on finding creative solutions that help parties achieve compromise and accommodate their goals. Her focus and experience is directed toward all aspects of family, especially the well being of the children involved.
Magdalena graduated from University of Warsaw Law and Administration with Master in Law degree, as well as LL.M in Comparative Law at Levin College of Law at University of Florida. She is licensed to practice law in New York and California. She is a native Polish speaker and communicates in Slovakian and Czech.
She has been practicing Immigration Law in Bay Area for over 10 years. She is cooperating with Bay Area Legal Aid and Family Justice Center helping clients with Family Law and Immigration Law related issues including but not limited to: Domestic Violence, Restraining Orders, Custody, Child and Spousal Support, Divorce and Separation, Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Visas, Permanent Residence and Naturalization applications.
