Carlos Carbajal attended the University of California, Hastings College of The Law and obtained his Juris Doctor degree. Carlos worked in small boutique firms before beginning his own family law practice. He belongs to the contra costa criminal conflict panel and has represented a high number of misdemeanor cases. Carlos has a strong passion and strong commitment to providing legal representation to diverse socio-economic backgrounds in family law and criminal law. He has been an attorney with the Lawyers for Family Justice since 2016.

Harpreet Sandhu is a bilingual Punjabi speaking family law attorney who graduated from John F. Kennedy Law School. She interned at the JFKU Housing Advocacy Clinic which partners with Northern California’s largest legal aid provider, Bay Area Legal Aid in an effort to provide quality legal services to low-income tenants in the San Francisco Bay Area and other disadvantaged and under-served groups. Furthermore, she interned for Pamela Zimba and Contra Costa Bar Bankruptcy Clinic. Harpreet is dedicated to helping victims of domestic violence navigate the legal system. She has been an attorney with the Lawyers for Family Justice since 2016.
Harry Gilbert is an experienced civil litigation attorney who graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law. Semi-retired, Harry has taken an interest in practicing family law. He has been an attorney with the Lawyers for Family Justice since 2018.
James Miller has over 40 years experience in civil litigation with very substantial jury trial experience in state and federal courts, including California, Texas, Maryland, Colorado, and Hawaii. He has been an attorney with the Lawyers for Family Justice since 2017.

Punita Bhasin is an Intellectual Property attorney who graduated from John F. Kennedy College of Law. Punita has taken interest in practicing family law. Punita is a Hindi and Punjabi speaking family law attorney with the Lawyers for Family Justice since 2020.

Sheri Tang has been a licensed attorney in California for 11 years. Prior to LFJ, Sheri practiced corporate law for 10 years for clients ranging from Fortunate 100 to small startups. In 2019, Sheri decided to embark on a different legal path after she was inspired to seek justice and healing for her uncle who was suffering from dementia. Sheri is not new to struggle for family justice. With her firsthand knowledge on the struggle to overcome interpersonal violence, Sheri would like to utilize her legal skills to help others who are suffering from violence and abuse by providing heart centered legal support with the aim to help those in need to start the journey to healing, inner peace and absolute happiness.
